Standard delivery: 3--7 business days
Express delivery: 1--3 business days
We are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect addresses.


6. Returns & Refunds


Physical Products (IT & Telecom): - Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. - Refunds processed within 7--10 business days after receiving returns. - Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless product is defective.
Digital Products (Software): - No refunds after download or license delivery. - Defective license? Contact us within 48 hours for replacement.

Telecom Products: Warranty as per manufacturer; see product listing.
Software: Warranty limited to activation issues. Verify system compatibility before purchase.
